Mie Bangka

1. Bring at least 2L of water to a boil, make sure to wait until the water is boiling (add 1L per portion if cooking multiple servings).
2. Add the noodles and cook for 4 minutes (3 minutes for al dente).
3. While the noodles are cooking, reheat the meat, vegetables, and broth.
4. Drain the noodles, rinse it well to remove the excess flour, then toss them with the seasoning in a bowl.
5. Add the meat and vegetables, then serve and enjoy!

Swikiaw (Pork & Shrimp dumplings)

1. Bring at least 2L of water to a boil
2. Add the dumplings and cook for 4 minutes or until the dumplings are jumping around.
3. While the dumplings are cooking, reheat the vegetables
4. Drain the dumplings, then toss them with the seasoning in a bowl.
5. Add the vegetables, then serve and enjoy!
